Return & Exchange Policy
We are confident that you'll be happy with our products, but if you are not satisfied you are welcome to return or exchange your purchase using the following process within 15 days of purchase.
Here's how to return your product:
Please do not ship back the product without contacting us. We process returns with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will not process your refund without an RMA.Email us to request your refund and we will reply back with an RMA. Repackage the product and follow the instructions on the "refund reply" email you will receive. Unless the product was defective or tampered with, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Wholesale returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge on UNOPENED items in NEW condition.
To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns after 15 days.
Shipping
We currently only ship within Canada. If you live outside of Canada and need an Olive Baby product please contact us prior to placing your order for shipping prices. Non-Canadian placed orders will be subject to additional charges or cancellation.We ship our products using Canada Post. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping destination.
